Guardianship Appointments

You can appoint a person (or a group of people) to make decisions as your Enduring Guardian about your medical care and health needs, so that it is clear who your decision maker is should you lose the capacity to make those decisions yourself.

You can place limitations or requirements on your Guardians. In order to validly appoint a Guardian, you must have legal advice. Please contact our office if you wish to make appoint an Enduring Guardian.
