Andrew Graham - Director
Andrew is an accredited specialist in business law. He received his L.L.B; B Comm qualifications from the University of New South Wales in 1980. He heads the firm's business and commercial section and works closely with Amanda Webb and Jeremy Tooth. Andrew has particular interest in revenue implication of business transactions, having practiced in tax for 3 years with a large city firm before moving to Dubbo in 1983. He provides advice and works primarily in the following areas:
- Commercial property transactions;
- Rural conveyancing, including water maters;
- Drafting of commercial documentation;
- Estate and succession planning, including testamentary trusts.
Tiffany Joy Hart - DirectorTiffany has been admitted to practice since 1997 after completing her Bachelor of Laws at Newcastle University in its' inaugural year. Since Admission, Tiffany commenced work as a junior solicitor for a Sydney suburban firm progressing to a Senior Property Solicitor with 12 years practice. Tiffany relocated to Dubbo for a tree change with her family in 2009 and commenced with Peacockes Solicitors January 2010.
Tiffany's primary focus in practice is to provide clients' with practical and personal service to achieve resolution of various issues and problems people encounter.
Tiffany's extensive practice experience is mainly in the areas of Property Law:- Conveyancing, Mortgages, Transfers, Purchase and Sales of land and businesses, Estates: Probate, Administration, Elder Law, Wills, Power of Attorney and Appointment of Guardianships.
Tim Cullenward - Director
Tim commenced work with Peacockes in early 2013. Tim has been admitted as a Solicitor since 2007 after completing a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts at the Australian National University. Tim performs the majority of his work in the areas of:

Jeremy Tooth - SolicitorJeremy commenced work with Peacockes in July 2010 as a Graduate at Law.
Jeremy was admitted as a Solicitor in 2011 and performs the majority of his work in the areas of Commercial law, Civil Litigation, Estate and Property law.

Emma Fernance - Solicitor
Emma was admitted as a Solicitor in the Supreme Court of Brisbane on 3 September 2013.
Emma relocated to Dubbo for a change of scenery and joined Peacockes Solicitors late 2014.

Chris Tongue - Office Manager
Commenced employment with Peacockes in 2005. He had 30 years experience in the banking industry and attends to the administrative duties including payroll, creditors, BAS & financial returns as well as controlling debtors.
