Peter Bartley

Peter is an accredited specialist in personal injury law and handles the firm's Family Law matters including divorce applications, custody and access matters and child support payments. Peter also undertakes civil matters in the Local. District and Supreme Courts. He also undertakes commercial and other litigation in all superior Courts. Peter is the senior litigation partner of the firm.Peter is an external panel solicitor for the Department of Community Services.n

Belinda Maiden

Belinda specialises in commercial and conveyancing work as well as wills, Estates and probate work. Belinda has had extensive experience in Family Law work and is an Independent Child Lawyer for children appointed by the Legal Aid Commission in contested Family Law matters. Belinda handles the sale and purchase of businesses, the establishment and renewal of leases as well as partnership agreements and other forms of commercial legal work.
