Andrew is an accredited specialist in business law and has received his LLB.,B. COMM. qualifications from the university of New South Wales. Andrew undertakes commercial and conveyancing work within the firm. Andrew also handles complex matters involving trusts, companies and partnerships.He is a 25 year member of the Taxation Institute of Australia.
Tiffany Joy Hart
Tiffany was admitted to practice in 1997 after completing her Bachelor of Laws at Newcastle University in its' inaugural
Prior to commencing employment with Peacockes, she was a Senior Property Solicitor with a Sydney Suburban firm. Tiffany
relocated to Dubbo for a tree change with her family in 2009 and commenced with Peacockes Solicitors January 2010 and
has since become a director of the firm.
Tiffany's primary focus in practice is to provide clients' with practical and personal service to achieve resolution of various issues and problems people encounter.
Tiffany's extensive practice experience is mainly in the areas of Property Law:- Conveyancing, Mortgages, Transfers, Purchase and Sales of land and businesses, Estates: Probate, Administration, Elder Law, Wills, Power of Attorney and Appointment of Guardianships.
Tim commenced work with Peacockes in early 2013. Tim has been admitted as a Solicitor since 2007 after completing a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts at the Australian National University. Tim performs the majority of his work in the areas of:

- Civil and Commercial Litigation
- Motor Vehicle Accident Matters
- Public Liability Claims
- Workers Compensation
- Local and District Court appearances in Dubbo and the surrounding areas.
Amanda has in excess of ten years experience in Commercial Law and Conveyancing and Leasing. She works collaboratively
with the other legal practitioners in the firm on a variety of matters within her field of expertise.
Jeremy performs work in the following areas:
- Conveyancing: Sale and Purchase of land and business.
- Deceased Estates: Probate & Administration: Powers of Attorney and Enduring Guardianship.
- Commercial Law.
- Civil litigation.
- Local Court appearances in Dubbo and surrounding areas.
Geoff was admitted as a Solicitor in 2016 and he is now heading up our Canowindra Office. Prior to completing his legal training Geoff worked in the Dubbo and Central Western region for 20 years as a rehabilitation counsellor and accredited WorkCover rehabilitation provider, in conjunction with owning and operating a hospitality businesses. This experience, coupled with his recent legal training, provides clients with a practitioner who understands a client's needs from both a legal and non-legal perspective.

Kath commenced work with Peacockes in early 2018. Kath has been admitted as a Solicitor since 2005 after completing her Bachelor of Laws at Charles Darwin University. Kath completed a Masters in Applied Law (Family Law) in 2017 and is an accredited family dispute resolution practitioner. Kath performs work in the areas of:

- Employment law

Doug was admitted as a Solicitor in 1979 after completing the Sydney University Law Extension Barristers Admission Board course. He was a partner at Lovett & Green (subsequently Booth Brown Legal) at Warren for 35 years, practicing mainly in conveyancing, wills, estate planning, rural & commercial litigation and water licensing for irrigation schemes. For most of that time he was also a wheat, cattle and cotton farmer at Warren.
Commenced employment with Peacockes in 2005. He had 30 years experience in the banking industry and attends to the administrative duties including payroll, creditors, BAS & financial returns as well as controlling debtors.
