Powers of Attorney

Deciding to appoint an Attorney to act for you in relation to your financial affairs can be a daunting decision. Any attorney that you appoint will have the power to look after your financial and legal affairs on your behalf including selling or leasing your home and operating your bank account (subject to any limitations that are noted on your Power of Attorney document).

There are many reasons why you may wish to appoint an attorney to act for you including if you are planning on taking a long overseas trip or you want to be prepared in case you lose capacity to make your own decisions.

We are able to prepare a Power of Attorney that is tailored to your requirements.
