Andrew Graham


Andrew is an accredited specialist in business law and has received his LLB.,B. COMM. qualifications from the University of New South Wales.

Andrew undertakes commercial and conveyancing work within the firm. Andrew also handles complex matters involving trusts, companies and partnerships.He is a 25 year member of the Taxation Institute of Australia.

Andrew attends our Gilgandra office every Friday.


Tim Cullenward


Tim commenced work with Peacockes in early 2013. Tim has been admitted as a Solicitor since 2007 after completing a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts at the Australian National University.  Tim performs the majority of his work in the areas of:

  • Criminal Law
  • Family Law
  • Civil and Commercial Litigation
  • Motor Vehicle Accident Matters
  • Public Liability Claims
  • Workers Compensation
  • Local and District Court appearances in Dubbo and the surrounding areas.



Jeremy Tooth


Jeremy was admitted as a Solicitor in 2011 after completing a double degree in Business and Law. Jeremy became a director of the firm in 2018 and he performs work in the following areas:

  • Conveyancing: Sale and Purchase of land (Rural and Residential) and business
  • Deceased Estates: Probate and Administration: Powers of Attorney and Appointment of Enduring Guardian
  • Commercial Law
  • Civil litigation
  • Local Court appearances in Dubbo and surrounding areas

Jeremy attends our Gilgandra office every Tuesday.



Amanda Quin

Inhouse Counsel

Amanda has in excess of fifteen years experience in Commercial Law, Conveyancing and Leasing. She works collaboratively with the other legal practitioners in the firm on a variety of matters within her field of expertise.






Geoff was admitted as a Solicitor in 2016 and he is now heading up our Canowindra Office. Prior to completing his legal training Geoff worked in the Dubbo and Central Western region for 20 years as a rehabilitation counsellor and accredited WorkCover rehabilitation provider, in conjunction with owning and operating a hospitality businesses. This experience, coupled with his recent legal training, provides clients with a practitioner who understands a client's needs from both a legal and non-legal perspective.

Geoff performs work in the following areas:

  • Family Law.
  • Local Court appearances in Cowra and surrounding areas.
  • Conveyancing: including the Sale and Purchase of land and business.
  • Wills, Powers of Attorney and Enduring Guardianship appointments.

Kath Clark


Kath commenced work with Peacockes in early 2018. Kath has been admitted as a Solicitor since 2005 after completing her Bachelor of Laws at Charles Darwin University. Kath completed a Masters in Applied Law (Family Law) in 2017 and is an accredited family dispute resolution practitioner. Kath performs work in the areas of:

  • Family Law
  • Legal aid – family law panel.
  • Legal aid – domestic violence panel.
  • Civil and commercial litigation.
  • Family provision claims.
  • Employment law.
  • Court appearances in Dubbo and surrounds.



Andrew Cannon


Andrew Cannon was admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2015. Andrew is one of the newest members of the team at Peacockes Solicitors, joining the team in June 2019. He currently assists directors Andrew Graham and Jeremy Tooth in the following areas:

  • Commercial and Business law
  • Wills and Estates. 
  • Equity and trusts.


Geraldyne Keen


Geraldyne Keen commenced work at Peacockes Solicitors as a graduate and was admitted as a solicitor to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2019. Geraldyne lived in Sydney for a number of years whilst she completed a double degree in Law and Arts (Criminology) at Macquarie University. Geraldyne performs work in the areas of:

  • Family Law
  • Legal aid – family law panel. 
  • Civil and commercial litigation.
  • Court appearances in Dubbo and surrounds; and
  • Conveyancing



Georgia Knight

Licensed Conveyancer

Georgia Knight was born and raised in Dubbo and after a stint living in Sydney and London she decided to move back to the country.

Georgia is a Conveyancer licensed under the Conveyancers Licensing Act 2003 to practice in New South Wales. She became licensed in 2017.

Georgia completed her professional education at Macquarie University.

Georgia is Electronic Conveyancing Accredited & PEXA Certified.

Georgia is a Justice of the Peace (NSW).

Prior to becoming a Licensed Conveyancer Georgia completed a Bachelor of Business at the University of Technology, Sydney in 2006. After graduating she spent time working in digital media with Yahoo!7, Hearst Magazines in London and Nine Entertainment Co.

As our Licensed Conveyancer she undertakes all aspects of residential and rural conveyancing and has a particular interest in electronic conveyancing.


Chris Tongue

Office Manager

Commenced employment with Peacockes in 2005. He had 30 years experience in the banking industry and attends to the administrative duties including payroll, creditors, BAS & financial returns as well as controlling debtors.
