    Director - Tim commenced work with Peacockes in early 2013. Tim has been admitted as a Solicitor since 2007 after completing a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts at the Australian National University. The majority of Tim’s work is in Criminal Law, Family Law, Civil & Commercial Litigation, M/V Accident Matters, Public Liability Claims & Workers Compensation.

  • Kathleen Clark

    Director - Kath commenced work with Peacockes in early 2018. Kath was admitted as a Solicitor in 2005 after completing her Bachelor of Laws at Charles Darwin University. Kath completed a Masters in Applied Law (Family Law) in 2017 and is an accredited mediator & family dispute resolution practitioner. Kath performs work in Family Law matters, Civil & Commercial Litigation matters, Guardianship & Financial Management matters, Mental Health matters, Family provision matters & Employment law matters. Kath also appears as an Independent Children’s Lawyer in family law matters & Separate Representative in guardianship matters.

    Solicitor - Geoff was admitted as a Solicitor in 2016, since then he has been heading up our office in Canowindra. Geoff performs work in the following areas with the full support & expertise of the Dubbo office: Family Law. Local Court appearances in Cowra & surrounding areas. Conveyancing: including the Sale and Purchase of land and business. Leasing. Wills, Powers of Attorney & Enduring Guardianship appointments. Civil litigation. Deceased Estates- Probate & Administration Guardianship matters.

  • Andrew Cannon

    Solicitor - Andrew was raised in Penrith and completed his higher education in Parkes NSW. Andrew attended Western Sydney University from 2009-2013 & the College of Law (St Leonards) in 2015, achieving the Dean’s medal for Law in 2012, Lamrocks award in Equity & Trusts, LexisNexis award in Remedies in addition to several other notable achievements during his academic career. Andrew was admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in August 2015. Since 2015, Andrew has experienced working in rural locations & legal positions throughout Far & Central Western NSW, from tech-enabled to traditional law practices within the region. Andrew joined the team at Peacockes Solicitors in June 2019, Andrew is currently based in our Dubbo office with availability to attend to clients in our Gilgandra office.

    Solicitor - Cameron commenced work with Peacockes in 2021 after being admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales. Cameron previously worked as a town planner for 9 years & has an in-depth knowledge of Local Government matters. The majority of Cameron’s work is in Commercial, Business, Property Law, Succession Planning, Wills, Powers of Attorney, Enduring Guardianship & Criminal Law.

  • Georgia Knight

    Conveyancer - Georgia became a Licensed Conveyancer under the Conveyancers Licensing Act 2003 to practice in New South Wales in 2017. Georgia completed her professional education at Macquarie University & is Electronic Conveyancing Accredited & PEXA Certified. With a Bachelor of Business at the UTS Sydney 2006, is also a JP (NSW).

    Office Manager - Commenced employment with Peacockes in 2005. With previous 30 years experience in the banking industry. Chris attends to the administrative duties including payroll, creditors, BAS & financial returns as well as controlling debtors.
